ANNE RADUNS: At Anne E. Raduns PA we represent men and women in all stages of divorce. We handle all different types of issues relating to divorce, creating parenting plans, equitable distribution, shared or sole parental responsibility, relocation and alimony. We try to mediate or negotiate but if we can't meet our client's goals, them we're ready to go to court.

ANNE RADUNS: I'm an aggressive litigator and I enjoy being in court, but that should really be the last option.

ANNE RADUNS: For me as a divorce attorney, I want people to understand that really the goal in divorce is to, to, to separate the parties but not separate the parties from their children. And that, that oftentimes is forgotten in the anger and the hostility. So really my role is to watch out for what's going on with the kids.

ANNE RADUNS: Are both parents acting appropriately? Are both parents able to co-parent the children together?
