ANNE RADUNS: It's important to have an experienced attorney handle your legal matters because if you do it yourself, you may be giving up a legal right to something that you don't even realize until you talk to an attorney. I've seen so many disasters. I've had so many people come in and say I didn't think this would happen in court.

ANNE RADUNS: I told the judge my story and they ruled against me and I didn't think that would happen and can you fix it, and the answer is probably not. And so really, it's so inadvisable to go to court by yourself. It'd be like trying to fix your own broken bone. All of this could have been avoided if the client would have come to me before they tried to do it themselves. It's just so hard to undo those mistakes once they're created.
