About Our Firm

Attorney Anne E. Raduns has practiced family law since 2003. A Florida native who has resided in Ocala since 1991, she is an active member of the community and proud to call it home.

Anne entered law school as a non-traditional student, a single mother of three. At the University of Florida Levin College of Law, she served as a Fellow with the Center for Children and Families. Also during that time, she handled domestic violence cases while working at the State Attorney’s Office in Gainesville.

After graduating and going into practice, she focused her attention exclusively on family law issues. She worked with attorney Robert L. Appleget, Jr., for six years before establishing her law firm: Anne E. Raduns, P.A.

Her commitment to families is evident outside of the legal arena as well. She has published a coloring book for children who have experienced or witnessed domestic violence to help them make some sense of that trauma. This coloring book, entitled “When Families Fight,” was used by various local agencies that work with young victims of domestic violence.
